Hey guys! Soo you all know how Kathryn and Emma do that “Tea and a Read” thing? Well, I thought I’d give it a shot, but there’s a problem… I don’t like or drink tea. So, I have no idea what to call this… But anyways! Here we go! XD

All my essentials :)

The book I’m reading is “Writer to Writer – From Think to Ink” by Gail Carson Levine. I just got it yesterday (my mom got it for me as a Blogiversary gift ;D ) and so far I am loving it! My drink is just plain old water, but what makes it better is that I’m drinking my plain old water from a BB-8 mug. So that makes it quite amazing, doesn’t it, my friends? 😉

Here’s the back of the book! And I did answer “yes” to all of those questions… XD

Today I am going to start Chapter 12 and it’s all about villains! This will be interesting… :)

Well, gotta go read now! Bye-bye!

Do you have a favorite writing book?

  • *looks away in shame because my best friend doesn’t like tea*

But, no, I’ll let you borrow it! And the other books… I just forget about things LOL! XD

  • I really want to read that book! Oh, and BB8 mug is awesome! GO STAR WARS!!!

    • It’s really good! I think you’d definitely enjoy it! 😀 I’m planning on doing a book review once I finish reading it :)

  • EEK! A BB-8 mug surely makes EVERYTHING taste so sweet! It super cute! :) Oo – BB-8 emoji! :)

  • I really enjoyed Writer To Writer; Gail Carson Levine is awesome! Ever read Ella Enchanted, by her?one of my favorites. :)

    • This is actually the first book by her that I’ve ever read! But judging by this book, she is pretty amazing! :)

  • I have a book called “How to Write and Publish Children’s Books”

  • ooooo! I’m going to have to check this book out!

  • I don’t like tea that much, but I kind of got used to drinking it to help me sleep. I’ve read Gail Carson Levine’s other writing book, Writing Magic, so I really want to see if Writer to Writer is at the library. That BB-8 mug looks awesome, by the way!

    • Yeah, I’ve tried a couple of flavors and I’m just like – no. 😉
I’ve heard of that! I’ll probably look into getting that book once I’m through with Writer to Writer. I definitely think you should check if it’s at your library! If not, you can find it on Amazon for about $6 :)
Thanks! I do so love my BB-8 😀

  • *GASP* You don’t like TEA? You just don’t know what’s good… XD
Ooh, I love Gail Carson Levine’s books! She writes really well, so I bet that’s a great book. I’ll have to read it! 😀 You should read Ella Enchanted, Fairest, The Fairy’s Mistake, and all of her other great books. :)

Yes, it is a great book! I plan on taking notes when I go through it again, just because there’s so much good information, help, and advice! :)
I’m definitely interested in her fairy books! I’ll have to look into those :)

  • Ooh, this seems like an awesome book! Don’t worry, I don’t like tea either . . . or coffee . . . or soda. Don’t judge me!

    • It totally is! :) Oh, wow! Don’t worry, I won’t judge you! I’m an extremely picky eater, so I understand :)

  • My glasses look just like yours except the insides are mint instead of purple!

  • I don’t really ever drink tea, so I don’t know my own feelings about it. ?
My favorite writing book was “Spilling ink” by Anne Mazer and Ellen Potter. You should read it!
?(the amount of books I read each day)

  • Wait, why does my comment say that I wrote it at four in the morning? I would NEVER EVER EVER be awake at 4:00!
