Quote of the Day Challenge- #2

Hi there! Sorry this is being posted so late, but better late then never! ;D

Here is my quote for the day:

I find myself feeling the same way about things as Danielle felt about books. Although, this isn’t really one of my top favorite quotes, it’s a quote that I can relate to and I’m going to explain why I decided to post this quote today.

I’ve been trying to think for days of what quote I was going to post next. I knew I wanted it to be a LOTR quote, but as I was writing down my favorite ones, I realized I could not choose just one favorite quote to post. There are countless amazing quotes in the LOTR movies, for example- “I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone.” “All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you.” “Put aside the ranger, become who you were born to be.”

And those are just a few! I found myself torn and I thought of the quote from Danielle- “I could no sooner choose a favorite star in the heavens.” That quote is a perfect example of how I feel about all the amazing LOTR quotes. Could I just post the scripts for all three movies on here? XD

In what way can you relate to Danielle’s words?

I can relate to this quote in many ways, but especially when asked my favorite book. XD I could never, ever choose. It’s like asking a mother to pick a favorite child. Great pick!

Very true quote!
One of my favorite LOTR quotes is from the book. It’s at the Grey Havens. Gandalf tells the other hobbits, “I will not say: ‘do not weep’, for not all tears are an evil.” That’s when I start getting teary. :’)
